Trinity Land Trust (TLT) is an unlisted residential land development fund, established to invest in a diversified portfolio of residential subdivision and master-planned community projects across Australia.
TLT was created to offer investors exposure to residential land subdivision projects in anticipation of heightened activity and demand in the residential property market in the medium-to-long term.
